I chanced upon a 'Laurel & Hardy' album in a record store yesterday. It was of particular interest as i always wanted a copy of their 'Trail of the Lonesome Pine' song.
Laurel & Hardy remind me of wet afternoons back in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Their movies always featured on the Monday Matinee on TV. If it wasn't them featuring it was Buster Keaton, Abbott & Costello or some of the British comedians such as Alastair Sim, star of the St Trinians movies.
